Set a per-form time limit. Countdown begins when form is opened and form is closed when time expires—no browser refresh allowed.
Tab Switch Detection
Every time a respondent leaves the quiz tab, FormsVault logs it, ensures the user confirms the tab switch/exit, then submits the quiz.
Fullscreen Enforcement
Require respondents to stay in fullscreen mode. Exiting fullscreen is treated like a tab switch— flagged, logged, and auto-exited.
Block Right-Click & Copy-Paste
Prevent answers from being copied in or out. Right-click menus and clipboard shortcuts are suppressed when the quiz form tab is open.
One-Time Submission
Each quiz form link can only be submitted once per test-taker. Re-opening the form displays a completion message—no 2nd attempts.

Open the FormsVault Google Forms Add-on, then setup the Quiz Builder
Click the Extensions icon, then the FormsVault icon in the Google Forms toolbar. It appears in all forms on your account immediately after installation.
Select Quiz Builder and describe your topic
Enter a brief description: subject, proficiency level, number of questions, and add additional instructions on any specific focus areas. Or upload the lesson PDF or sync the Drive link directly.
